Meet 106yr old Norman the gnome. He is all cake and has a cute pot belly he’s all grubby from working down the mines. Everything is edible even his nose, eyebrows and chest hair.

Working beer barrel cake, this cake held 1 litre of beer which also fed 40 people. Included was a light up sign of the brewery with edible beer mats.

To celebrate the partnership between Watches of Switzerland and Rolex, we were commissioned to create a cake to represent this and a specific time piece.

Mr Scrappy for the magical dragon collaboration at cake international. the theme was anything you’d find in a scrap yard, so I made scrappy from two tin cans, nuts and bolts for his legs and cooking spoons for his ears. everything is hand sculpted from modelling chocolate and to bring him to life we had motion mapping onto his eyes.

A continually pouring shabby chic sloe Gin wedding cake. All leaves and sloe berries are hand crafted painted and dusted with a mixture of sugar grape vines requested by the bride. We had two pouring spouts from this cake and the little cake at the front to fool people into thinking that was the cake until they cut up the create.

Trilanco wanted a custom cake for their massive event, what better way than with our projection cake with custom graphics made just for them.

This snail wedding cake was so fun to make and certainly personal to the couple. Each snail was a different flavour and sat on a 4 foot board going up their own little wedding cake, everything is edible from the logs, leaves, flowers, berries even down to the soil and dirt even his top hat was rice krispie treats.

A working Gravity defying Tequila rose cake, the large bottle was the main cake with the sand bucket being the other cake. The sugar crafted tequila bottle was continuity pouring the real drink over real strawberries so they could literally keep taking the shots from the cake. The flip flops were also hand made from sugar paste.

Glyn Hopkin, wanted to celebrate their 25th Anniversary by sending cakes to all of their branches. We had the great honour of making these giants, each cake was 29” by 17” and 6” high. We then set out delivering all 19 cakes around the country.
